Welcome to Touravel.AI. These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use our website and travel-planning services.

Please read these terms before using our services. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the services. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

In these terms, “you” means the person using our services.

2 What Touravel.AI provides

Touravel.AI helps travellers discover attractions and organise their visits using travel information and AI-powered planning tools.

Depending on the features available, you can:

• Browse, search and filter attractions and activities.
• Select places you would like to visit.
• Get suggestions about your ideal trip length.
• Explore recommended areas to stay.
• Receive travel advice and personalised itinerary suggestions.
• Plan activities around your destination, travel dates, accommodation location and preferences.
• Save or download travel plans where these options are available.

Our recommendations are planning suggestions. Creating or saving a plan does not reserve accommodation, purchase tickets or confirm any booking.

Features may vary by destination, device and stage of development. Descriptions of planned features, including mobile applications, audio guides or voice-based questions and answers, do not mean those features are currently available or guarantee a release date.

3 Free access and future paid features

Our current travel-planning tools are free to use. You do not need to make a support payment or use an affiliate link to access them.

You remain responsible for costs associated with your trip, including transport, accommodation, attraction tickets, mobile data and services purchased from other businesses.

If we introduce paid features, we will clearly explain their prices and applicable terms before you choose to purchase them. We will not charge you automatically simply because you have an account or have previously used a free service.

4  Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a support payment. Younger visitors may browse travel information with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Some features may require an account. When registering, you must provide accurate information and use an email address you are authorised to use.

Please keep your login details secure and contact us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission. You must not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without authorisation.

You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account closure by contacting us using the details above. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information following account closure.

5 AI-generated information

Touravel.AI uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, advice and travel plans.

AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident. It may misunderstand your preferences, overlook practical restrictions or suggest a schedule that is difficult to follow.

Before booking or travelling, please check important details directly with the relevant attraction, transport operator, accommodation provider or official authority. These include:

• Opening hours, seasonal closures and public holidays.
• Ticket prices, availability and advance-booking requirements.
• Journey times, transport routes and service disruptions.
• Accessibility, age restrictions and entry conditions.
• Local safety advice and travel requirements.

Trip-length estimates, suggested areas to stay and descriptions such as “best” or “ideal” are recommendations based on the information available. They are not guarantees that an option will suit every traveller.

Unless expressly stated, generated plans have not been individually reviewed by a human travel adviser. Similar inputs may produce different plans, and other users may receive similar recommendations.

6 Travel decisions and safety

You decide which recommendations to follow and which travel arrangements to make.

Please allow suitable time for queues, security checks, transfers, meals, rest breaks and unexpected delays. An itinerary does not guarantee that every suggested activity can be completed.

Route and walking suggestions may not reflect current road conditions, restricted access, terrain, lighting or your personal mobility needs. Follow local signs and official instructions, and check accessibility directly where it matters to your visit.

Our services do not replace official travel advice, emergency assistance or professional medical, legal or immigration advice. You are responsible for checking applicable passport, visa, entry and health requirements and arranging suitable insurance where needed.

If audio or location-based features are available, use them only when safe. Do not interact with the service while driving or in any situation where it could distract you from your surroundings.

These responsibilities do not remove our responsibility for failures for which we are legally liable.

7 External providers and bookings

Our website may link to accommodation providers, ticket sellers, attractions, transport operators and other third-party services.

Where you follow a link and book with an external provider, your booking contract is with the provider identified during that booking process. The provider’s terms, payment arrangements, cancellation rules and privacy information apply.

Please check those details before paying, including the total price, dates, restrictions and refund conditions. Prices and availability shown on Touravel.AI may change before you complete a booking.

Questions about an external booking should normally be directed to the relevant provider. We cannot change or cancel a booking that we do not manage.

Our planning service does not itself supply accommodation, transport or admission to attractions. Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that the law places on us for our own actions or representations.

8 Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some links on Touravel.AI are affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you click a link and make a qualifying purchase or booking.

You are not required to use these links. The price payable is the price shown by the provider before you confirm your purchase.

We will identify affiliate links and sponsored placements clearly where they appear. A link or listing does not guarantee the quality, suitability or availability of a third-party service.

Our website does not necessarily include every attraction, provider or available offer.

9 Voluntary support payments

You may choose to make a voluntary payment to support the operation and development of Touravel.AI.

A support payment:

• Is optional and is not required to use our current free tools.
• Does not purchase a travel booking, ownership interest or investment.
• Does not provide additional services or priority treatment unless expressly stated before payment.
• Does not guarantee that a particular feature will be developed or remain available.

Support payments are made to the company operating Touravel.AI. We do not offer them as charitable donations or represent them as eligible for Gift Aid.

The amount and currency will be displayed before you confirm payment. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide. Any recurring arrangement would require a separate, explicit choice and clear cancellation information.

Refunds: If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of making a support payment and we will refund it. Please provide the payment date, amount and transaction reference, if available.

If a payment appears duplicated, incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us promptly. The 14-day voluntary refund period does not limit any legal rights relating to those payments.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. The time taken to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.

10 Information you submit and saved plans

You may provide travel dates, preferences, selected attractions, accommodation locations and other information to generate or save a plan.

Please submit only information you are entitled to share. Avoid including payment-card details, passport information or unnecessary sensitive personal information in planning requests.

You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. You permit us to process that material as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, including generating, displaying and saving your plans.

Our handling of personal information, including relevant service providers and retention periods, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please keep your own copy of plans you need while travelling. Saved plans may become outdated, and access may occasionally be interrupted. If we discontinue a plan-saving feature, we will give reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to retain your plans where reasonably practicable.

11 Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use Touravel.AI for personal travel planning. You may download, print, adapt and share your generated plans with people involved in your trip.

The Touravel.AI brand, website design, software and original content are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Except where permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder, you must not copy substantial parts of our website, resell our content or use our branding in a way that suggests our endorsement.

We do not promise that AI-generated material is unique or that exclusive intellectual property rights exist in every generated output.

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Upload malware or try to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the service or deliberately overload it.
• Bypass security controls or published usage limits.
• Extract content through unauthorised automated activity that disrupts the service or infringes applicable rights.
• Submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

12 Availability and changes to the service

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or problems affecting external providers.

We may update features, correct errors or introduce reasonable usage limits to manage capacity and prevent misuse. We will explain relevant limits where they apply.

Where a change substantially affects an ongoing feature you use, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable. Urgent security, legal or operational issues may require changes without advance notice.

Any future paid service will have terms explaining the consequences of changes, interruption or discontinuation.

13 Suspension and account closure

We may restrict access or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach of these terms, suspected fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement.

We will act proportionately. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary where continued access could cause harm or where notice is legally restricted.

If you believe access was restricted incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the decision.

Account closure does not affect rights or obligations that arose before closure.

14 Our responsibility to you

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services.

If we breach these terms or fail to exercise reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was reasonably foreseeable as a result. A loss is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence or where both you and we knew it might happen.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI outputs or a particular travel experience. These limitations describe the service and do not remove your legal rights.

Our service is provided for personal use. We do not accept liability for business losses arising from its use, such as lost business profits or opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any statutory rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected, including applicable rights concerning services and digital content.

15 Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies and how to manage your preferences.

Accepting these terms does not itself give consent to optional cookies or marketing communications. Where consent is required, we will request it separately.

16 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or the way we operate.

The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. For material changes affecting account holders, we will provide reasonable advance notice through an appropriate channel, such as email or a prominent website notice, unless an urgent legal or security reason prevents this.

Changes will apply prospectively. They will not retrospectively remove rights relating to earlier events or payments.

Where your agreement to a change is required, we will ask for it. If you do not wish to use the service under updated terms, you may stop using it and close your account

We will investigate and aim to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.

18 Governing law and your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law applicable in your country of residence.

The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes concerning these terms. Where applicable law allows you to bring proceedings in the courts where you live, you retain that right.

If a provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.
